This is my favorite V.C. Andrews book. I've read most of them- well, OK, through the Ruby series. They started to all become the same after she died and someone else wrote in her name. Anyway, the idea that Audrina was so loved by her father, by her boyfriend, that they went to such lengths to keep her happy and young, and still she was miserable. And her nasty cousin! Oh, the heartache!
