I love the show Castle! It's one of my favorite ones on TV today. When I found out that they were going to actually have Heat Wave out on shelves I was confused and skeptical. I finally checked it out from the library and read it. I couldn't separate the books "fictional" characters (Nikki Heat, Jameson Rook, etc.) from the TV shows fictional characters (Kate Beckett, Richard Castle, etc.). While I kept thinking of them in place of the others, it made it a pretty interesting read, but I've found the actual episodes to be a bit more intriguing.
