I have a friend who really loved this book. I didn't get what was so great about it. I couldn't relate to the problems the main character had, so when she went on and on about them, it wasn't that entertaining for me.

So much fun, True Blood style!

Well, Heir Apparent. This book was a little grating at first, the humour was more eye-roll-y and was a bit boring. To be fair, I had read a book I'd ADORED right before this so part of my bored-ness with the beginning of this book is probably just because it paled in comparison. As well, I think it was a bit too vague on details on occasion, causing a bit of confusion as I was reading. To boot, the library copy I was ready was FILLED with typos, which is their fault not the books but anyway. (view spoiler) Four out of five because I liked it and stuff.
