This book is so awesome! I grew to love the Wicked Witch of the West and at the end of the book, I found myself sad about her unfortunate encounter with Dorothy and wishing I could get to know her better. This book has some awkward parts in it, but they didn't stop me from enjoying this amazing book.

A Killer Crop lacked the character and community-building that appealed in earlier stories. And the plot twist at the end (view spoiler) felt forced and unbelievable. Altogether this entry didn't appeal, but I still intend to read the next book in the series.
