By stealing the forbidden book from bosque shay put calla and himself in severe danger. Instead of being worried shay thinks this could be an adventure. Calla is not so enthusiastic about that idea. Later on in the story calla get's even more confused about her future. She already knows what it has to be but choosing between ren and shay is creating a dent in her realationships.
